Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
In a medium bowl mix together all dry ingredients – flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon
In a separate bowl whisk together eggs, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, almond milk and vanilla (i.e. “wet” ingredients)
In a third small bowl mash bananas with a fork
Add bananas to the “wet” ingredients. Mix well
Combine “wet” and dry ingredients together
Pour the batter mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper
Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean
Let cool for 15 minutes before serving
