Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. In a medium bowl mix together all dry ingredients – flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon
  3. In a separate bowl whisk together eggs, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, almond milk and vanilla (i.e. “wet” ingredients)
  4. In a third small bowl mash bananas with a fork
  5. Add bananas to the “wet” ingredients. Mix well
  6. Combine “wet” and dry ingredients together
  7. Pour the batter mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper
  8. Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean
  9. Let cool for 15 minutes before serving
